Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Airport Operations/Ground Support team member. You will guide aircraft on the taxiway, load and unload baggage, operate ground equipment, and support check-in and boarding processes to ensure on-time departures.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, ability to lift 75 lbs, English proficiency, and flexibility to work rotating shifts outdoors in variable weather. No sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license or equivalent travel authority.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift/carry items up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway for safe, on-time entry/exit.
• Load/unload/sort baggage and cargo; some items up to 75 lbs.
• Operate ground equipment (tugs, belt loaders, bag carts) as needed.
• Collaborate to ensure safe, on-time departures.
• May clean aircraft interior and lavatories.
• Assist passengers with check-in and ticketing to start their trip smoothly.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes; collect fees.
• Inform passengers about trip details and belongings throughout experience.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure correct passenger information and on-time flights.
• Address passenger questions and issues promptly per policy.
• Work in Baggage Service Office to track baggage and answer questions.
