Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in airport operation environment.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy luggage and work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates operational issues for aircraft, including delays, cancellations, and re-routing of passengers and bags.
• Coordinates administrative functions for safe, efficient, and on-time departures.
• Prepares flight documents including flight plans, weather briefings, NOTAMs, and load messages.
• Prepares NOTOC for crew and weight/balance data as required.
• Maintains records of flights serviced and services performed.
