Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent and related experience (4-year degree or 4 years in related field).
• Minimum 3 years in BHS operation & maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience in a service industry or airport environment (preferred).
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and goals to support company vision and objectives.
• Manage customer contract requirements and relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, payroll, and invoicing.
• Lead recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development.
