Job summary

EDS Service Solutions, LLC at Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to lead airport operations, supervise Vehicle Service Agents, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, timekeeping, and performance, while partnering with airport and rental car teams to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience in a team or operations environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, performance management, progressive discipline, and termination processes.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, timekeeping, and productivity management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations at the airport location, ensuring safety, productivity, service quality, and profitability goals are met.
• Manage and support Vehicle Service Agents (VSAs) responsible for cleaning and preparing rental vehicles.
• Monitor cleaning and driving operations to ensure employees meet company and customer standards.
• Partner with Corporate Recruiting and Human Resources to maintain staffing levels and fulfill employee requirements.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and employee development.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to promote a positive and productive team environment.
• Cover open VSA/driver shifts as needed to meet customer staffing and service requirements.
