Job summary

EDS Service Solutions, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Roanoke‑Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA). The role focuses on safety, productivity, service quality, and profitability while supervising Vehicle Service Agents and coordinating staffing with HR.

You will drive workforce planning, onboarding, training, and performance development, maintaining strong client relationships with airport partners and rental car companies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive leadership or management experience in a team/operations setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, timekeeping, and productivity management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations at the airport location, ensuring safety, productivity, service quality, and profitability goals.
• Manage and support Vehicle Service Agents (VSAs) responsible for cleaning and preparing rental vehicles.
• Monitor cleaning and driving operations to meet company and customer standards.
• Coordinate with Corporate Recruiting and HR to maintain staffing levels and fulfill employee requirements.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and employee development.
