Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech in Orlando, FL, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead day-to-day airport maintenance services at the Orlando International Airport AB Terminal. You will manage a team, schedule work, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, training, and process improvements while adhering to company safety programs. Strong leadership and the ability to read blueprints are preferred; shift work including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required; prior airport maintenance background preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; ability to read blueprints/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence, including scheduling, work orders, safety, productivity plans, material availability, and resolution of employee issues.
• Interact daily with team members to provide support and on-the-job training; strive to improve management, team members, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
• Provide leadership in support of the Operational Managers in overseeing performance.
• Comply with and support company safety programs and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
