Job summary
Oshkosh AeroTech, located at the Orlando International Airport, is hiring a MRT I for maintenance of PLC controlled baggage and conveyor systems. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, while inputting accurate maintenance data into the CMMS.
The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance operations.
- Industrial electrical experience; 3 phase motors and 480V.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with Airport operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of PLC controlled baggage, conveyor systems, and related equipment.
- Input maintenance data into the CMMS with accuracy.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Operate equipment such as golf carts, forklifts, and other vehicles.
- Assist with clearing bag jams and supporting maintenance operations.
- Respond to maintenance calls and participate in safety trainings.
