Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Grand Rapids (GRR) is seeking an upbeat Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, check them in, and issue boarding passes using our reservation system. You will help rebook itineraries, answer questions, and provide a friendly travel experience.

This entry-level role includes paid on-the-job training, flexible shifts, and access to travel discounts. The job requires lifting up to 75 pounds, being 18+, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.

• Handle baggage and assist with early morning, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.

• No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination.
