PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee airport operations and maintain high standards of safety and service.

The role involves real-time decision making, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring regulatory compliance at the Houston airport. The successful candidate will lead staff, manage emergencies, and liaise with airline representatives and authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in transportation/aviation operations and knowledge of industry practices.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with security, customer service, and maintenance for seamless operations.
• Respond to emergencies and manage unusual situations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Monitor passenger flow and terminal activities for optimal service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Supervise and support operational staff with clear leadership.
• Communicate with airline representatives, ground handlers, and authorities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
