Qualifications

• Three years of general office and direct customer service experience.
• Five years of increasingly responsible office experience; strong customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Security and compliance oversight of airport security measures and access control.
• Financial management including accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and data analysis.
• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, concessions, airlines, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects such as lease tracking, bond management, and facility upgrades.
