Job summary

Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is seeking an Airport Administrative Coordinator to manage a broad range of administrative, financial, and operational tasks. You will work closely with airport personnel, tenants, and the public to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

The role requires collaboration, adaptability, and clear communication to deliver on commitments, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm.

Qualifications

• Three years of general office and direct customer service experience required
• Five years of increasingly responsible office experience preferred
• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, airport management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Security and Compliance: oversee airport security measures, manage access control, ensure TSA compliance
• Financial Management: handle accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and data analysis
• Customer Service: provide excellent service to travelers, concessions, airlines, and stakeholders
• Project Coordination: assist with lease tracking, bond management and facility upgrades
