Prospect Airport Services is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a payroll/timekeeping role. You will enter time logs, review timecards weekly, and ensure payroll accuracy while updating staff schedules and managing badge processes.

Responsibilities include handling passenger complaints, assisting with payroll corrections, processing attendance points, and supporting billing and project reporting. This position emphasizes reliability and integrity in daily airport operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping: Entering exception logs into payroll system, review employee timecards weekly before payroll closing to ensure accuracy.
• Updates employee schedules.
• Authorized signatory – authorizing new airport id’s, renewals, and termination of badges.
• Handles passenger complaints and directs them to the proper manager.
• Assist employees with payroll issues and corrections.
• Process attendance points weekly and work with mgrs on accuracy
• Process station billing daily and monthly invoices.
• Cleans office and oversees admins to verify projects and daily tasks.
