CLEAR is seeking a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador at the Newark airport to greet travelers, explain CLEAR’s benefits, and enroll new members on the spot. You’ll drive enrollments in a high-energy, face-to-face environment and work toward clear sales goals while delivering superior service.

The role emphasizes renewals, reactivations, referrals, and adding value through tailored solutions, with a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a proven record of meeting goals.
• Ability to engage travelers, present offerings, and close sales.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership through renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Tailor offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment where available) to traveler needs.
• Create warm, efficient experiences guiding travelers to enrollment.
• Own results and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Operate safely and compliantly, following security protocols.
