CLEAR in New York is seeking a friendly Member Growth/Sales Ambassador to enroll travelers and meet sales goals in a high-energy airport environment. You will engage travelers, present CLEAR benefits, and close enrollments while delivering excellent service.

In this role you will drive new memberships, retain and reactivate customers, and tailor solutions like TSA PreCheck enrollment where available. Enjoy uncapped commission and a dynamic, high-volume setting that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role, with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Adaptable to travelers and can tailor offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by greeting travelers and delivering a concise pitch.
• Grow and retain membership through renewals and reactivations.
• Tailor CLEAR offerings to traveler needs (e.g., add-ons).
• Maintain warm, efficient interactions and guide enrollment.
• Meet individual and team sales goals and stay compliant with security protocols.
