Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador to be the friendly face travelers meet in the terminal, proactively introducing CLEAR’s benefits and enrolling new members on the spot.

You’ll also help retain and reactivate members while meeting sales goals in a high-energy, high-volume environment. The role emphasizes face-to-face selling and performance-based earnings with a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and staying motivated after challenges.
• Engaging and concise communication tailored to travelers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers, delivering a concise pitch, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership by supporting renewals, reactivations, and referrals to expand net member growth.
• Tailor solutions by recommending relevant offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment) based on traveler needs.
• Create great experiences by keeping interactions warm and efficient, guiding travelers to enrollment.
• Own your results by staying focused and driving both individual and team goals.
• Operate safely and compliantly by following security protocols and verifying identification and documents.
