CLEAR is seeking a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador in Austin, Texas, who will proactively engage travelers at the airport, explaining CLEAR’s benefits and enrolling new members on the spot.

This role involves driving member enrollments, retaining and reactivating members, and tailoring solutions based on traveler needs. The ideal candidate should have sales experience, clear communication skills, and be motivated by achieving sales goals. Benefits include hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales role with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Approach travelers and deliver a concise pitch.
• Support renewals and encourage referrals.
• Guide travelers confidently to enrollment.
