Job summary

CLEAR Sales and Service Ambassador role is the face of CLEAR, engaging travelers, explaining benefits, and converting interactions into memberships while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will drive enrollment, uphold security protocols, adapt to product offerings, and maintain a positive experience for travelers, members, and potential customers across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Actively engage with travelers, pitch the benefits of CLEAR, and convert interactions into membership enrollments.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create positive experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers by providing top-tier service and addressing inquiries.
• Security and Safety Adherence: Follow all security protocols, verify documents, confirm traveler identification, and maintain safety procedures.
• Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by enrolling new members through proactive engagement.
