The position emphasizes following procedures, maintaining accurate records on tablets, and providing courteous service to the public while supporting airport operations and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in general maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with airport or municipal maintenance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in repair and maintenance of Airport, streets/roads and related facilities.
• Operate light maintenance equipment such as mowers and weed sprayers.
• Inspect airport pavement, lighting, facilities and fuel systems; record findings on tablet.
• Assist with fuel deliveries and inventory; respond to equipment problems and safety hazards.
• Perform duties during special events to keep areas clean and safe.
• Maintain and repair assigned tools and vehicles; report major repairs.
