Airports Authority is seeking a Maintenance Service Representative to ensure maintenance work orders are processed to completion. The role is based at the Airport Maintenance Department, serving at Reagan National (DCA) or Dulles (IAD).

You will be the point of contact for service requests, utilizing CMMS to manage orders, alarms, and communications with shops and contractors, while supporting daily operational needs of the Maintenance Engineering Division.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in receiving, processing, and coordinating maintenance service requests or work orders.
• Skill in using an automated work order entry system.
• Ability to clarify work request or preparing/editing work orders.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of data and information, and make recommendations.
• Ability to interact with business contacts in a professional, customer-service manner.
• Skill in using a computer and modern office software, with an emphasis on spreadsheet software and an automated work order system.
• Ability to speak and write effectively.

Responsabilités

• Staff the work order desk and receive requests in person, by radio, phone, or electronic submission.
• Enter and track work orders in CMMS; prioritize and route to appropriate maintenance shops.
• Monitor and report on high-priority work orders and inform supervisors and requestors.
• Log and manage alarms in CMMS and coordinate with service contractors.
• Provide admin/help desk support to Airport community and Maintenance Engineering staff.
• May issue temporary parking permits and train others on CMMS usage.
