Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Lounge General Manager for the American Airlines Lounges at Reagan National Airport (DCA). This leadership role requires a hospitality expert with a strong background in food and beverage in an upscale dining setting.

You will oversee multiple service lines, drive financial performance, mentor teams, and act as the primary client liaison. You will report to the lounge leadership, manage staff development, and ensure service excellence while delivering on client expectations

Qualifications

• Hospitality leader with a background in food & beverage in upscale dining.
• Experience leading food service or multi-service operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
