Compass Group USA is seeking a District Manager to oversee Capital One Lounge operations within major U.S. airports. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations, driving guest experience and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, visible leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments, with a track record of developing leaders and delivering results. This role requires approximately 60% travel and residency near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR five years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit hospitality or related environment.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor, cost controls and P&L management.
• Proven ability to build client and stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA and travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Capital One Lounge locations, ensuring consistent service, operations, and guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
• Drive hospitality, culinary quality, guest satisfaction, safety, employee engagement, and financial performance.
• Own district P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve operational and financial results.
• Develop leadership talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence through site visits, team engagement, and client meetings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company, airport, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
