Job summary

SodexoMagic is hiring an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations at the American Airlines Admirals Club – DCA. The role involves multitasking across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events/banquets and casual dining, with supervision directed by management.

You’ll lead service staff, ensure a safe workplace, train new hires, and partner with customers to sustain quality, service and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
