Eurest USA is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the American Airlines lounge operations at DFW. This role requires versatility to cover FOH and BOH functions and to work weekends and evenings to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

The position leads a team, manages inventory and schedules, and collaborates with executives to maintain standards while driving guest satisfaction across a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ high volume F&B experience.
• Experience with food costing and inventory.
• Labor costs and scheduling oversight.
• Must be self-motivated and passionate about guest service.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated passion for motivating a guest-centric team.
• Food & Beverage management experience (hotel, restaurant, or multi-unit).

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service, impactful team leadership, and maintaining a clean, pleasant environment.
• Maintains accurate reporting (daily operations, inventory, scheduling reports).
• Trains, develops, and mentors a team of engaged, focused associates committed to quality.
• Creates crew schedules and manages labor according to models and guest traffic patterns.
• Assists with ordering, accounting and maintaining product and supply inventories.
• Takes initiative to enforce safety, sanitation and security policies.
