Compass Group USA, through Flik Hospitality Group, seeks a Lounge Manager for the Capital One Lounge at DFW Airport. You will supervise associates, oversee daily food service operations, and support budgetary responsibilities to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe or Dept. of Health Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
• Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operates within the budget and identifies ways to improve the business.
• Manages cafe operations and performs other duties as assigned.
