As the District Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
You will develop high-performing leaders while driving operational excellence, financial performance, culinary and service standards, employee engagement, and strong client relationships.
This position requires approximately 60% travel. Candidates must reside near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA airports.
Provide strategic leadership across multiple Capital One Lounge locations, ensuring consistent service, operations, and guest experiences.
Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
Drive hospitality, culinary quality, guest satisfaction, safety, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Own district P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and profitability.
Evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve operational and financial results.
Develop leadership talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Maintain a visible leadership presence through site visits, team engagement, and client meetings.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company, airport, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree OR five years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit hospitality, food and beverage, premium dining, airport lounges, or a related environment.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor, cost controls, and P&L management.
Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.
Must reside near IAD, DCA, JFK, or LGA.
Must be willing to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Experience supporting premium hospitality brands and elevated guest experiences.
Proven success developing leaders and high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen and ability to balance guest, client, employee, and operational priorities.
Strategic, analytical, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style.
Strong client relationship, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
