Job summary

Air Ventures LLC is seeking a Line Cook for Lucca Restaurant & Bar at BOS Airport. This part-time role requires weekend availability and offers hands-on food preparation, adherence to recipes, and teamwork with service staff.

Responsibilities include following sanitation standards, proper food handling, and ensuring timely meal preparation to support airport operations. A High School Diploma and 2–3 years kitchen experience are expected; ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2–3 years’ kitchen experience in a restaurant.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using established recipes and procedures.
• Determine quantities of food and supplies.
• Ensure proper serving for tray line or dining room.
• Maintain sanitation and personal hygiene standards.
• Observe food handling techniques.
• Store food safely and label items.
• Complete temperature checks before service.
• Support kitchen cleanup and maintenance.
