Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service using approved recipes and production standards.
• Maintain safety standards while using knives and other preparation equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils.
