Job summary

Pinellas County Government seeks an Airport Landside Operations Agent at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport in Clearwater, FL. You will support terminal operations, assist travelers, manage crowds, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced setting.

Shifts are 10-hour rotating, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Engage with the public, enforce TSA rules, coordinate with police and first responders, and maintain logs and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of related airport experience in security operations or customer service.
• Associate’s degree in Aviation Management or related field is preferred.
• Equivalent education, training, or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provides information and guidance to the traveling public and tenants in a courteous manner.
