Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at the A Center Marketplace inside Denver Airport. You will oversee food production, ensure quality, and drive efficiency in a high-volume environment.

You will manage kitchen staff, schedule shifts, control labor costs, monitor inventory, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive team culture and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of back-of-house restaurant management experience.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, food safety, and health department regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality plates and ensure timely kitchen operations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, schedule, and assess performance.
• Order supplies and control labor, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure sanitation, safety standards, and health inspections compliance.
