On the Go at MSP is seeking a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare items across stations, ensure timely service, and uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.

The role requires 2+ years of culinary experience in high-volume settings, excellent English communication, and the ability to lift 35 lbs. ServSafe certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Training and growth are supported by OTG leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to lift 35 lbs and work across multiple stations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items for stations, ensuring prep, portions, and accessibility for service.
• Follow OTG specifications, maintain quality and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment per health regs.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with management to prevent shortages.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
