Avports USVI LLC is seeking an IT Technician to support and maintain IT systems across airport facilities in the USVI Territory. You will help ensure seamless operation of security systems, flight information displays, and communications, collaborating with staff and vendors as needed.

The role requires technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interact with diverse airport stakeholders. Training and ongoing maintenance activities are part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, printers and wireless access points.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for airport IT infrastructure and related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on software and hardware to ensure systems are up to date.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues reported by staff with minimal disruption to operations.
• Respond to help desk tickets promptly and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
• Assist in installing and testing data and voice cabling and ensure proper operation of critical systems.
