City of Cleveland seeks an Airport Asset Management Coordinator to lead the asset management strategy for IT hardware and licenses citywide, including Procore integration. The role oversees inventory, data management, and reporting, coordinating across departments to turn strategy into action.

You will manage documentation, training, and compliance, perform QA on asset data, and support Facilities modification and project workflows while ensuring safety and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Four years of full-time paid experience in asset management required.
• Must be computer proficient and have experience in setup of PC hardware and loading PC software.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement document/data management solutions focusing on document control and record management and retention.
• Administers data/document management applications.
• Establish and implement procedures for document management and retention.
