Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking an IT Operations Support Officer to join our airport operations team at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

This hands-on role focuses on desktop support, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and end-user troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with device deployments, manage incidents and tickets, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT desktop support in a professional environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, and user access issues.
• Microsoft certifications preferred (365 Fundamentals, AZ-900).
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Strong customer service, communication, documentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows workstations, printers, scanners, peripherals, and airport equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user access issues.
• Apply Microsoft certification knowledge to support users and incidents, improving troubleshooting quality.
• Use Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 knowledge to understand cloud concepts and services.
• Support endpoint setup, device refreshes, onboarding/offboarding, and deployments as needed.
• Own assigned tickets from intake to resolution with clear notes and follow-up.
