Job summary

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Deskside Specialist is sought to provide timely IT support at Reagan National, Dulles, or HQ. You will troubleshoot desktop, software, and hardware issues, log tickets, and resolve problems within ITIL-aligned processes.

Strong MS Office proficiency and on-site presence across multiple locations are required. Join a team delivering high-quality user support, hardware maintenance, software deployment, and proactive problem resolution across the Airports

Qualifications

• Three years of IT deskside experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and PC hardware.
• Familiar with ITIL foundations and tier II support concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests to resolve desktop, laptop, print, and hardware issues for DCA/IAD and related facilities.
• Log tickets, document problems, and communicate status and ETA to users.
• Troubleshoot with Tier II/III support and remote access tools; escalate as needed.
• Assist with desktop configuration, software deployments, and patch updates.
• Maintain ITIL-compliant support processes and user satisfaction.
