PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at CMH Airport in Columbus, OH.

The role focuses on welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, and guiding them through check-in and boarding while adhering to airline policies, security procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
