The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain required credentials, and at least 18 years old. Shift options include AM/PM; occasional weekend hours; compensation starts at $18.50 per hour with benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in delivering customer service to passengers.
• Assist with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system; resolve related issues.
