• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and trainings to new hires and provide airport familiarization.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands-on training for de-icing.
• Follow up after training events to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support during special events.
