Job summary

OHM Concession Group is seeking an experienced Full Service Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at Kansas City International Airport. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing staffing, controlling costs, and driving growth in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will oversee daily service, train and motivate staff, ensure food safety, collaborate with airport authorities, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as an airport location.
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with airport regulations and security protocols is a plus.
