The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, working all shifts including weekends and holidays, completing the training course, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
