Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of operations management in technical/industrial env.
• Leadership of teams in unionized settings and training compliance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and env standards.
• Experience with fuel/industrial QA/QC programs and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets (Opex/Capex).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing safe, efficient operations at the airport fuel depot per standards.
• Lead depot staff, conduct shift briefings, provide hands-on leadership.
• Handle inventory control, safety and environmental requirements, audits.
• Coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, promote safety culture.
