Job summary

Kelly Engineering is seeking an Aviation Superintendent (Terminal) to lead operations at a major airport fuel depot, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), 10+ years in operations management, and proven leadership in unionized settings.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with experience managing Opex/Capex budgets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred for technical leadership.
• Minimum 10 years of operations management experience in technical/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing safe and efficient operations at the airport fuel depot, ensuring compliance with quality standards and local regulations.
• Managing depot staff, conducting shift briefings, and providing hands-on leadership.
• Handling inventory control, addressing safety and environmental requirements, and supporting audits.
• Coordinating daily activities, managing budgets, and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
