Job summary

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Tocabe/Bagel Deli inside the Denver Airport. You will oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. The role requires supervisory experience, weekend availability, and a proactive leadership approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Prior experience in food service.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, flexible schedules, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a TSA background check (10-year background check).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and products are prepared and served to recipes, portioning, and standards.
• Control waste and record waste according to guidelines.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coach, train, and guide team members in back and front of house.
• Oversee training of new employees and orient them to company policies.
• Assist with labor scheduling to meet business needs and labor cost objectives.
• Provide safety training for lifting and handling hazardous materials.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store setup/cleanup.
• Administer prompt, fair corrective action for policy violations.
• Interact with customers to build loyalty and handle concerns.
