Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Airport Fleet Services Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of the Port of Portland’s fleet. This leadership role involves directing the maintenance shop, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing large fleets, hold a relevant degree, and demonstrate knowledge in vehicle lifecycle management. The position offers opportunities to lead capital projects and improve fleet efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
• Experience with a large, diversified fleet including emergency-type vehicles.
• Successful clearance of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vehicle maintenance team with supervision and coaching.
• Oversee daily fleet operations including scheduling and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vehicle specifications and inform procurement decisions.
