In this leadership role, the manager directs the fleet maintenance shop, supervises administrative staff and represented mechanics, ensures regulatory compliance, and implements best practices for vehicle reliability, safety, and cost‑efficiency while expanding alternative fuel technology to meet sustainability goals.
