Empower is seeking field sales professionals to acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Roles are contract-based with potential to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.

Candidates should have excellent in-person communication, attention to detail, a smartphone, and the ability to work 20+ hours per week; fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Available 20+ hours per week.
• Have smartphone.
• Can provide own transportation to/from CVG airport.
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
