Job summary

Empower is seeking part-time field sales professionals to recruit rideshare drivers at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. This contract position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales or marketing team lead.

Candidates should love sales, excel in in-person communication, and be reliable with transportation and a smartphone. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• In-person sales experience preferred.
• Excellent in-person communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail for recording information.
• Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation to RDU.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
• Record information accurately and maintain internal records.
