Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a facilities operations specialist for on-site management at Boston Logan International Airport. The role covers electrical, mechanical, life-safety systems and budget oversight, with a focus on client relationships and contract compliance.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience, strong building systems knowledge, MS Office and CMMS proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience, 4 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, data centers, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC.
• Experience with MS Office and CMMS databases.
• Excellent communication – written and verbal.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Conflict resolution and solution analysis.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality control.
• Oversee JLL Engineering compliance program.
• Prepare detailed budgets for operations.
