Job summary

NetJets is seeking an on-site Site Experience & Operations Manager at a key airport location. You will lead daily service delivery, ensuring flawless Owner experiences by coordinating with airport stakeholders and internal teams.

The role requires managing on-site operations, elevating service reliability, and upholding NetJets standards in a fast-paced aviation environment. The position emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive issue resolution across Owner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business.
6-8 years of experience in aviation or equivalent complex service delivery environments.
Strong understanding of FBO operations and airport environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day service delivery at the assigned airport ensuring every handoff and service step meets NetJets standards.
Coordinate with airport authorities, FBO teams, ground service providers and on-site partners.
Maintain proactive operational reliability and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
Provide real-time feedback and monitor service expectations with local vendors and internal partners.
Serve as primary operations point of contact for internal teams during airport adjustments or support needs.
