Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at CVG Airport in Hebron, KY. You will greet customers, prepare rental documents, verify information, and assist Emerald Aisle members with vehicle options in a friendly, efficient manner.

The pay starts at $15 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities. Benefits include paid time off, health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching, retirement savings, and employee rental car discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI)

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control
• Assist Emerald Aisle members with refueling option and other services
• Maintain neat appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding area
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide attentive customer service at the exit booth
• Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank them at the end of transactions
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve service issues
• Perform other duties to meet customer service levels
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting
