Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and make independent decisions.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiar with FAA/TSA/Company regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions on employee work assignments based on operational needs.
• Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Issue direct orders to agents when required while maintaining professionalism.
• Promptly respond to telephone and radio calls in a timely manner.
• Complete daily reporting thoroughly and accurately.
• Present a positive image and respond to inquiries openly and honestly.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain flexibility for a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays.
